This still might not get you anywhere, but by this point, if you're lucky, you'll have literally established a whole stable full of starving artists and composers (apparently, they don't eat hay or grass. The only 'legitimate' route to getting past Greenlight without coming up with mostly original assets that I can imagine is to make an otherwise excellent game, give it away for free, spend a few years building a community around your game to the point that people start offering you money anyway, and then point those people at your listing once you hit Greenlight. Used sparingly, stock assets shouldn't be a problem as long as they don't get you sued. You would probably be better off with original assets - people won't necessarily dismiss a commercial game out of hand if it uses stock assets throughout, but it is usually taken to imply a lack of care/effort.
